Loved this hotel!! Little Gem of a place in the beautiful town of Florence. perfect location. Loved everything about it. The room was exceptional and the attention to detail was second to none. Fresh flowers in the sitting area and bathroom. Cleanliness and turned down service was superb. We especially loved going in the spa as a family, as it was such a calming experience away from the madness of sightseeing.

The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The concierge service is particularly outstanding, providing excellent recommendations and assistance with reservations and local tips. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority at the hotel, with rooms and common areas maintained to the highest standards. Additionally, the flexibility in cleaning times adds a thoughtful touch, allowing guests to enjoy their schedules without disruption. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for anyone looking to experience Florence in comfort and style.

I initially booked a deluxe room but it smelled like damp mildew (it was also slightly smaller than I expected). I then upgraded to a suite and the staff were nice enough to do that at a discount. This second room (the suite) was fantastic. Excellent furnishings, nice view of the piazza, and fantastic bathroom. The staff all around were very helpful and made us feel at home. They brought a gift of a panettone by a famous pastry chef as well. The spa is one of the best I've seen and is built on top of an old Roman bath and medieval ruins which are incorporated into it. The restaurant is also exceptional. It is a true luxury hotel in the old style.

Reception staff were very accommodating. housekeeping were great. Room service was delicious! The silence and quiet of the room. It's actually a gorgeous hotel with a convenient location. Not my first stay.
